Reservation Policy

In order to confirm your stay we would like a pre-payment of 25% of the total cost.

The rest 75% of the funds has to be paid one month before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival date, there is no fee and the deposit is refunded, minus the transaction fee (30€). For cancellations 60 days or less from arrival date, the deposit fee is not refunded.

In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of total reservation cost is paid.
